NerdPress Activity Log Plugin - Wait to Update

The WSOD issue on admin seems to still occur from some admins on Logtivity 3.3.1. If you haven’t updated, we recommend staying on 3.2.1. If you have updated, but aren’t having an issue, then you are fine. And if you have updated and are having the problem, please let us know so we can help roll it back for you.

Version 3.3.1, released last night, fixes the bug in most cases and is safe to update to, especially if you’re already on version 3.3.0.

Version 3.3.0 of the NerdPress Activity Log Plugin contains a bug that causes a white screen of death in the WordPress admin for one lucky, random user. Please wait to update. The latest “safe” version is 3.2.1.

It’s unclear why the bug leads to an error on the admin for some users logged into the site on the back-end, but there’s a beta version with a fix. An updated, fixed version of the plugin is anticipated in the next day or two.

For now, our team is holding off on updating sites and we recommend the same caution.
