WordPress 7.0.4 Security Release

A minor WordPress Core security update, version 7.0.4, was released today to address one security vulnerability.

As we allow minor security updates to auto update on most sites, sites should update automatically shortly. We’ll also be keeping an eye out to make sure all sites update and manually updating the few sites that have requested not to have minor automatic updates.

Even if your site is not yet on 7.x, it should automatically update to the latest secure version of the current version the site is on. (Example 6.9.6 -> 6.9.7.)
