⏸️ WordPress 7.1.2 Security Release - Still Wait to Update to 7.1

WordPress 7.1.2 was released today with a singular security fix. The fix has been back ported to older main versions.

Sites should auto update to the latest secure version of the main core version they’re on. 7.0.5 –> 7.0.6, 6.9.8 –> 6.9.9.

No action is needed and our team will be monitoring to ensure all sites update to a secure version of WordPress core.

Our team is still holding off on updating to WordPress 7.1 until next week, September 28 or after.
